Prairie State Women’s Health Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program
The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and Pap tests to eligible women. MCHD is the Lead Agency for a 31 county Consortia. MCHD provides IBCCP services in Montgomery, Macoupin, Calhoun, Champaign, Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Edwards, Effingham, Gallatin, Greene, Jackson, Jasper, Lawrence, McLean, Monroe, Moultrie, Perry, Randolph, Richland, Saline, Vermillion, Williamson, and Wabash, and White Counties. The other three counties in the Consortia are Bond, Christian, and Jersey. MCHD provides this program under the name Prairie State Women’s Health.
